Day 3: Zhengzhou - Dengfeng - Luoyang - Zhengzhou (BLD)

• Morning: Visit the Shaolin Temple scenic area, watch the Kung Fu show
• Afternoon: Explore the Longmen Grottoes scenic area
• Lunch: Taste traditional roast lamb chops in Dengfeng

Longmen Grottoes in Luoyang, China

The Longmen Grottoes is a treasure house of stone carving art, home to the largest number of statues in the world. Recognized by UNESCO as "the highest peak of Chinese stone carving art," it is considered the foremost grotto among China's many sites. The Grottoes began in the Northern Wei Dynasty and, spanning over 1,400 years across more than 10 dynasties, is one of the longest continuously built grottoes in history.

Shaolin Temple
Renowned as the birthplace of martial arts, "Shaolin Kung Fu" is known worldwide. However, the Shaolin tradition encompasses not only a vast technical system but also profound cultural teachings. The legendary Master Dharma, during his years of wall meditation at the Shaolin Temple, created the Shaolin martial arts system, embedding deep cultural values of self-cultivation, moral integrity, and the peaceful philosophy of "wu-de."
